Stubbe Case Management is currently hiring Registered Nurses to fill part-time and PRN hours on our 24/7 Triage Team. This is a flexible, work-from-home position. After-hours, weekend, holiday, and some day hours are available. The focus of the role is to respond to incoming calls from injured workers, assess their injuries utilizing nursing skills and telephone protocols, and determine the appropriate level of care based on information collected on the call.

We seek caring and intelligent RNs with experience in phone triage, workers compensation and/or occupational health. A background in emergency/trauma care and/or orthopedics and 3+ years of RN experience is a plus. Candidates must be calm, yet efficient communicators, organized and confidently able to make sound clinical decisions with limited or obscure information. In addition, candidates must be able to work independently and be proficient in Microsoft Word and Outlook. An RN license is required in the state where you reside, and you must be willing to obtain additional state licenses, as required given our national coverage with fees reimbursed.

Stubbe Case Management is pleased to announce QRC opportunities in the state of Minnesota. We seek caring, intelligent, and independent QRCs to add to our team. You will be responsible for coordinating/facilitating medical care to assist injured workers reach pre-injury status by attending appointments with injured workers and providers and by effectively implementing the rehabilitation plan.

You will work closely with the employee and other team members from the employer, insurance company claims examiners, medical providers, and attorneys to facilitate prompt delivery of quality, cost-effective health care to the injured worker and coordinate a plan for the earliest opportunity for a safe return to work.

Candidates should have certification as a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC), Certified Registered Rehabilitation Nurse (CRRN), or a Certified Disability Management Specialist (CDMS).

A bachelor or associate degree with one year of vocational or case management experience is required. An RN license is preferred. QRC or QRCI credentialing is required for handling workers compensation injury files in the state of MN.
