Stubbe & Associates, Inc. (SAI) is pleased to announce intent to hire On Call Triage Registered Nurses to add to our growing 24/7 call-in Triage team. This is a work-from-home position for PT team members. Afterhours, weekend, holiday and some day hours are available. Seeking caring, intelligent and independent Workers' Compensation Nurse Case Managers with experience in phone Triage, Workers’ Compensation or varied clinical nursing experience. The focus is to respond to incoming calls from injured workers; triaging/assessing their injuries utilizing nursing skills and telephone protocols. Triage nurses determine the injured worker’s medical condition and care requirements based on information given and triage guidelines. Triage nurses provide recommendations to appropriate level of care per protocols. Applicants must be organized, an easy yet efficient communicator, confidently able to make sound clinical decisions with limited or obscure information. Applicants must possess a current nursing license. A background in Emergency/ Trauma Care, Orthopedic, and/or Occupational Health is preferred. Having knowledge of OSHA and telephone based clinical assessment techniques, with 3+ years of RN experience are a plus.
